American Films, Inc. invites Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to engage with us regarding copyright enforcement actions. Our proprietary software identifies instances of copyright infringement occurring over ISP networks, and we are committed to working with ISPs to address these issues.

COPYRIGHT ENFORCEMENT

American Films owns, develops, acquires, and protects intellectual property in the creative and media spaces. Using our proprietary software, we identify instances of copyright infringement and pursue necessary litigation to protect our clients' creative works.

ISP LIABILITY

Under applicable copyright law, Internet Service Providers may bear liability for infringing activity that occurs over their networks. American Films works with ISPs to identify repeat infringers and take appropriate action to protect the rights of content creators.
